Skylark NX

The purest form of ultraviolet light

The purest form of ultraviolet light

Next generation ultra-low noise monolithic opto-mechanical platform

Monolithic architecture ensures zero movement between optical components for a robust and durable design that withstands drops and shocks to maintain reliable performance in demanding field applications.

The optimised optical layout of the NX platform comprises of materials that ‘snap together’ using intramolecular forces - creating a strong bond between surfaces and the ability to generate higher power output with low noise and purer spectral properties within a compact footprint.

By addressing the inherent instabilities of UV lasers, the NX platform mitigates degradation and contamination by minimising surface interactions and protecting components from the detrimental effects of high-energy UV photons to achieve long-term reliability and maintenance-free lifetime.

Seamless bonding of dissimilar optical components reduces reflective losses between surfaces to achieve 100s of mW of deep UV light within a few centimetres of space – resulting in 10X more power than existing ultraviolet sources.

Robust, compact architecture, design for system integration and demanding field applications.
